Morning or evening sessions

​Gain deeper self awareness

°Develop an understanding of mindfulness and its benefits.
°Discover essential mindfulness practices including:
​mindful breathing, listening, emotions, and thoughts.
°Develop a daily practice.

Mornings
Mondays 10:00 am-11:30 am
January 29th - March 12th
(no class February 19th)
or
Evenings
Wednesdays 7:00 pm- 8:30 pm
January 31st  - March 14th
(no class February 14th)

West Gate Office Park

Make it $160 if registered by January 12th
